Final numbers for Golf and Catering must be confirmed 72 hours prior to event. A non returnable Booking Fee of £6 per person is required within 14 days.
Organiser to phone 72 hours in advance of outing date, confirming final numbers. These numbers will be charged for on the day.
The Tee is reserved for Outings from 10am to 11am and from 2.45pm to 3.45pm although some departure can be made from this rule if required.
The maximum number of players permitted will be no more than 24 at weekends, each holding a current handicap certificate, or if no Certificate is available, then a letter of recommendation from their Club will suffice. Handicap ruling applies to weekends only.
No fourball play is allowed at weekends or on Wednesdays.
No alcohol is permitted on the course. All players must have their own clubs.
A Dress Code (Casual but Smart) applies on the Course and in the Clubhouse.
Minimum number of 10 required.
Location
From Aberdeen... Follow the A96 to Inverness until you reach the Broomhill Roundabout (approximately 10 miles/16km from the outskirts of Aberdeen). Turn right onto the B994 towards Kintore and after half a mile, you will enter the village of Kintore. At the centre of Kintore, turn right on to the B977 (direction "Hatton of Fintray"). After quarter of a mile, turn left (direction "Golf Club"), after the railway crossing take the first on the left (direction "Balbithan") and the clubhouse will be on your right.

Clubhouse facilities
The clubhouse offers changing and shower facilities, a full bar with a large selection of beers, wine and spirit as well as catering services (all day between April and September, but may be restricted at other times).
